MALAYSIA: The Sun Daily reports of a Human Rights Day festival to be held in Petaling Jaya. According to the article Tan Sri Razali Ismail, chairman of The Human Rights Commission of Malaysia (Suhakam) has said, “the objective of the celebration is to promote human rights through education and awareness programs.”
