28 Nov RUSSIA: COE Trains Russian Youth
Compass training for youth leaders in Russia has been ongoing in Moscow. The training is a joint effort between the Council of Europe Youth Department and the National Youth Council of Russia, with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation. Participants in the program became acquainted with human rights education and have begun to develop their own project ideas which they will then implement during the youth educational activities in the practice phase of the program.
