The Kansas City chapter of the non-profit Youth for Human Rights, sponsored by the Church of Scientology International, joined forces with community groups to help underserved families start the school year right by providing free backpacks and human rights educational resources at a back-to-school community event. The program, which focuses on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, is intended to to inspire youth to become advocates for tolerance, peace, and respect as they grow up. Read more
