The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) developed a new online programme on human rights to be taken up by police personnel
“The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) on Wednesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) to develop a new advanced online programme on human rights that can be taken up by senior-level police personnel.
“The programme will have separate modules on human rights subjects.”
