23 Nov SPAIN: Council of Europe Trains Legal Professionals in Human Rights
The Council of Europe through its Program for Human Rights Education for Legal Professionals (HELP) is providing training to legal professionals in Spain in human rights of refugees and immigrants. The training is timely in consideration of the fact that has now become the main entry point of refugees into Europe. The courses focus on refugee and migrant children in the context of Asylum and the European Convention of Human Rights.
