An exhibit focused on human rights education has opened in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. The exhibit, “Transforming Lives: The Power of Human Rights Education,” is sponsored by Soka Gakkai International Association of Canada, the City of Windsor, New Canadians Centre of Excellence and the University of Windsor’s Office of Human Rights. According to windsorstar,com, the exhibit, “celebrates stories of how human rights education has promoted dignity, equality and peace and prevented human rights violations and abuses.”
