Culver City Student Task Force Recognized

UNITED STATES

The Los Angeles, California, unit of The Human Rights Watch Student Task Force (STF), a youth leadership training program, has been recognized by Human Rights Educators USA (HRE USA) with its special Youth Engagement recognition.  The Los Angeles STF empowers high school students and educators throughout the Los Angeles area to advocate for human rights issues. STF Founder and Executive Director Pam Bruns stated, “this recognition will mean so much to our teachers and students. It is a strong affirmation of our mission and the dedicated work by our LA youth.”
