Integrating the teaching of Human Rights with Science, Technology, Engineering and technology (STEM) curriculums was explored at a recent conference of the American Association for the Advance of Science (AAAS).   According to the AAAS website, Rush Holt, CEO of AAAS said the following. “The International al rights of freedom of speech, freedom of travel, freedom to associate and collaborate are freedoms to the essential ingredients in the practice of science.  We should be looking at what human rights bring to science in those ways. Similarly, we will be looking today at what science brings to human rights.”
