Instructions for Downloading to a USB Drive

MAC Computer:

1.  Go to the Training page of the powerpoint you wish to download.
2.  Click on the red Powerpoint button.
3.  Click on the blue Download button.
4.  Because the file is too large to scan for viruses, click on Download Anyway.
5.  Open the Finder and locate the powerpoint file in the Downloads folder.
6.  Highlight and drag the powerpoint file onto the USB icon. The USB icon will be in the list under Locations in the Finder menu.

To update the outline, follow the same procedure except click on the red Outline button in instruction #2.

PC Computer:

1.  Go to the Training page of the powerpoint you wish to download.
2.  Click on the red Powerpoint button.
3.  Click on the blue Download button.
4.  Because the file is too large to scan for viruses, click on Download Anyway.
5.  Select the location (ie, select the USB drive and the appropriate folder) and click the Save button.

To update the outline, follow the same procedure except click on the red Outline button in instruction #2.
