04 Nov NIGERIA: Human Rights Commission Celebrates International Peace Day
Youth for Human Rights Nigeria and the national Human Rights Commission have organized a celebration of International Peace Day at the American Corner CcHub, Logos Nigeria. As reported by thenationonline.org, the Head of Human Rights Education Department at National Human Rights Commission, Mrs Nneamaka Omo, “spoke on Active citizenship and human rights in relation to the right to peace, while her colleague from same institution, Mrs Nneka Anigbo, spoke on The 1948 Universal Declaration of Human Rights in relation to the right to peace.”
