12 Oct Washington, D.C.: Catholic University Initiates Human Rights Master’s Program
The Catholic University of America has announced a new Master’s Program in Human Rights. The university will be one of a handful of schools that offer such a degree. The announcement quotes William Saunders, director of the master’s program and the Center for Human Rights, as saying, “The term human rights is so widely accepted and ingrained in the way people think. We want to help people think about it clearly, and that can’t be done without the Catholic perspective.”
